"It doesn't look good, but there's not much we can do until we get more information from [site survey/vendor/engineering/business development]"
Most projects stall long before they die. These slow deaths are self imposed - a flaw in "waterfall" project management. In the traditional "waterfall" method, we wait on the results of one action before we take another.

As they slowly wither, these projects take up huge amounts of internal bandwidth.
For stalled projects, often weeks of waiting for an answer only leads to ambiguity and more waiting. With high stakes but challenging large-scale projects, sometimes the right answer is to sprint.

In this workshop series, we provide direct consulting expertise on how to get your solar project unstuck. Focusing on individual and collective action that can be taken now, we'll work across business development, ops, asset management, and executive teams to break down the information and decision making silos.
Using the principles of "Sprint" workshops pioneered in product development, we'll rapidly prototype solutions, move quickly toward decisions, and branch the contingencies to clear up the uncertainty. If there's a path toward viability, we'll find it fast. If not, we'll know, and you can refocus efforts on other projects.
